Agents teacing agents

I built an agent at work to scale my team’s knowledge. Built one at home to manage my AuDHD.
I learned something building the home one. Asked it to explain it to the work agent. Work agent got better.
That gave me an idea: make my work agent talk to another team’s agent. They started improving each other.
And because my home agent was carrying the mental load — the spinning, the context debt, the noise — I showed up at work present. Focused. Thinking clearly.
Better mind. Better conversations. Better products.
Agents don’t just automate tasks. They can amplify what’s already good in you — if you use them right.
